Über uns

In these weekly circles we will journey with a conscious, connected breath down from our mind and into our bodies to reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level, witnessing and release old traumas, limiting belief systems and negative behavior patters. We find peace and calm within ourselves - a reconnection with our true self and the innate inner wisdom we all have within.

We will breathe for around 45 minutes, with the opportunity to share and integrate at the end.

This is an online experience so find a comfy space at home where you can lie down and won't be disturbed. I recommend having a blanket and an eye mask and for best audio experience - head phones.
