“Curious about posture? We’ll explore ease of movement and body awareness through the Alexander Technique—no experience needed and in a small group. This is a regular Monday class.
We learn to cultivate awareness of our body's responses to thoughts and also to activity/ simple movements. This class provides practical tools for overall well-being by improving personal posture, coordination and a sense of inner rest.
If the A. T. is not new to you, or you already practice other somatic work then you're welcome to deepen or refresh your experience with it, find new aspects that will seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. Come explore the transformative power of mindful movement with us.
I am a certified Alexander Technique teacher and give the class.
