Join us for a mindful yoga practice!
Our evening yoga session offers an opportunity to connect with your body and mind. You can expect a well-rounded yoga class with slow flows to gently move your body after a long day. Some flows are more energizing, while others are more soothing. Each class ends with a long, peaceful relaxation to leave you feeling fully connected, balanced, and at home in your body. All levels are welcome!

Details:
- This is an online class! Please ensure you’re in a calm space and wearing comfortable clothing so you can focus fully on your practice.
- Everyone is welcome—we embrace diversity and create a space where all individuals feel valued and supported.
- All you need is a mat. If you have additional props like yoga blocks, a blanket, pillow or bolster, feel free to bring them.
- Please arrive on time.
- We ask that you turn your camera on at the beginning of the class to join the welcome. After that, you’re welcome to turn the camera off if that feels more comfortable.
- The session will be recorded, but only the teacher will appear in the recording.
- Class will be held in English or German, depending on the group.

13€ for a regular drop-in ticket
or 5 classes for 50€
This is a paid event to help cover costs, including time of the teacher, Zoom and Meetup subscription fees. Your contribution allows us to create a quality experience for everyone. However, we want to make these events as accessible as possible—if finances are a concern, please feel free to reach out to Anna beforehand, and we’ll work together to make sure you can still join us.
About the teacher
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa classes. With a focus on fostering mind-body connection, Anna creates a safe space for students to explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness. Follow Anna on instagram @crescentcalmyoga
