About the organizer:
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She is passionate about supporting others on their path towards a more mindful lifestyle. Anna teaches yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. With a focus on fostering mind-body connection, she creates a safe space for students to explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness.
