Monkeys Connect (the “Organiser”) legally operates under CK Stories GmbH, an outdoor event company registered in Switzerland. Monkeys Connect (the “Organiser”) provides organised activities (the “Events”) to interested individuals (the “Participant”).
By booking or participating in an event, the Participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to the Monkeys Connect Terms and Conditions.

Terms of payment
The full amount has to be paid upon booking.
Cancellation policy
If the Participant cancels his/her booking:
- 30 days prior to the Event start date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Event cost applies.
- Less than 30 days prior to the Event start date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the Event cost applies.
The Participant can sell his/her booking to another interested party who meets the fitness requirements of the particular Event. In this case, the Organiser is entitled to an Administration Fee of CHF 30.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any Event for any reason whatsoever. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, the Participant will be offered an alternative Event or a full refund. However, this will not apply for cancellations due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, war, strikes, earthquake, flooding, epidemic, etc). The Participant is responsible to have adequate insurance to cover these circumstances.
Event changes by the Organiser
The Participant is aware that the conduct of outdoor events depends on uncontrollable external factors, particularly weather conditions. In this regard, the Organiser has the full right to change the itinerary prior to or during the Event or to cancel as deemed necessary for reasons of unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for the health, safety, enjoyment, or comfort of the Participants of the Event. Any changes are at the discretion of the Organiser.

Step outside and sign up for our Outdoor Rock Climbing Course Series. You will learn new skills, discover beautiful climbing spots, and find joy in outdoor climbing. You can choose to participate in either one or both weekends to become a confident climber!
This course will be led by Dan Moore, International Mountain Guide. The course will be held in English, but Dan also speaks German if English is not your main language.
What's the plan?
Discover the essentials of outdoor climbing, including equipment, safety procedures, communication, hand-foot climbing techniques, and interpreting guidebooks. In a group setting on single pitch routes, you'll immerse yourself in hands-on practice, maximizing learning, fun, and safety. This introductory course is an ideal starting point for your outdoor climbing journey.Meet your guide, Dan, at Wilderswil, Bir Müli at 9:50 after a short walk from Hotel Heimat via the artisan Roger’s Bakery, and walk to the crag together. The morning session will focus on familiarizing yourself with equipment, understanding the fundamentals of outdoor climbing, and learning safety rules. In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to apply what you've learned by hitting the rocks and experiencing firsthand the thrill of outdoor rock climbing.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the event. There are many hotels, hostels and campsites in the Interlaken area.Requirements
To join this event, some previous climbing experience is recommended (indoor climbing or bouldering). However, if you are fit and keen to try outdoor climbing but have never climbed before, we are happy for you to join us.Insurance
It is the participant's responsibility to get health and accident insurances that cover mountain rescue, including extreme sports. Becoming a Rega patron is highly recommended (CHF 40 per year only for emergency medical assistance from the air).How to get there
If you are traveling from Zurich by public transport, we recommend you take the following:- Saturday: Zurich HB 07:16 - 09:39 Wilderswil, Hotel Heimat (via Spiez and Interlaken West) walk to the foot bridge at Bir Müli
- Sunday: Wilderswil, Hotel Heimat 16:47 - 18:58 Zurich HB (via Interlaken West and Bern) - depending on the time the event finishes
If you are traveling by car, you can park next to the bus stop at Bir Müli.

What's the plan?
Learn how to sport climb on real rock and the skills needed to keep you safe. Instruction covers lead climbing and belaying techniques, rope management, clipping quickdraws, anchor setting and clearing, equipment handling, and effective communication. This course will build confidence and create a great foundation as a lead climber.Meet your guide, Dan, at Unterseen, Neuhaus at 09:45. After hiking to the crag, you will refresh your current climbing skills and learn the fundamentals of lead climbing, belaying and setting / clearing anchors in a safe environment.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the event. There are many hotels, hostels and campsites in the Interlaken area.Requirements

Take a weekend and gift yourself a healthy dose of adventure, hiking and yoga in the magnificent setting at the foot of the Morterasch glacier valley in the company of a small group of like-minded people.
Join us for this Yoga & Hiking experience in the quiet & authentic surroundings of the Morterasch valley (Engadine), nestled in the heart of the Swiss Graubunden region, with views of towering mountain peaks, the glacier itself and plenty of fresh air.... a place that instantly carries you into the natural spirit and invites you to let go and focus on what is right in front of your eyes, with plenty of time to just Be and forget about time…
This event is led by Celine Kahn, mountain leader, and Giada Rocca, yoga teacher.
What's the plan?
Our home for the weekend is the Glacier Hotel Morterasch, an unique place located at the very entrance of the glacial valley which faces the Morterasch glacier and is surrounded by larch forests and incredible mountains. This location is the only one in the valley, adding a dose of seclusion and peace, as well as unparalleled direct access to mountain hiking trails.We rise with the sun, we wake up with an energizing morning Vinyasa Yoga practice and welcome the day (yes! these are our sun salutations).
After a delicious hearty breakfast in the hotel, we join Celine for an amazing day-hike through the mountains , embracing the challenge as we immerse ourselves in nature, drinking it in and recharging our batteries. Both day-hikes will be approximately 10-12 km long with a maximum of 700m of ascent and the pace will be adjusted to suit everyone in the group :)Wild pic-nic lunch with amazing panoramas included!
Late afternoons are for restorative yoga practice to explore the deep relaxation benefits of Yin Yoga asanas & pranayama breathing exercises as well as a candlelight meditation.Food will be vegetarian & delicious, a chance to delight in gathering around the table to enjoy our meals showered with a healthy dose of laughs.
So join us, gift yourself this experience to come and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, create and share memories, move the Energy around and relax knowing that nothing is in a rush

- 2 nights stay at Glacier Hotel Morterasch in a shared room (2 bed shared room with shared bathroom on each floor) or single private room (dpuble bed) with breakfast & dinner daily (pic-nic lunch for Saturday hike)
- 2 guided day-hikes (approximately 5-6 hours on Saturday and 3-4 hours on Sunday) - certified mountain leader
- 1 pic-nic lunch for Saturday day-hike
- 3 Yoga lessons (2 morning vinyasa flows or 1 morning vinyasa and 1 midday mountain yoga, plus 1 evening restorative class - certified yoga teacher)
- 1 guided visual meditation and candlelight ceremony
