Purpose of This Group
This group exists to create intentional spaces for human presence, reflection, and inner movement.
Through my events, participants are invited to slow down, notice themselves more clearly, and encounter others without performance, pressure, or expectation.
The focus is not on fixing, healing, or producing emotional outcomes, but on offering conditions where insight, clarity, or connection may arise naturally — or not. Both are equally welcome.
Who Should Join
This group is for people who are curious about themselves and how they show up in connection with others. You do not need to be experienced in personal growth or self-reflection, only willing to take responsibility for your own pace, boundaries, and participation.
It is especially suited for those who value depth, presence, and thoughtful conversation over constant stimulation or emotional display.

In a world that often rewards speed, explanation, and emotional intensity, this group offers something quieter:

- High-intensity vulnerability, group processing, or cathartic release
- Social environments driven by constant interaction, stimulation, or reassurance
In earlier phases of my work, sharing was more central and often expected.
This is no longer the case.
Current events are designed to respect privacy, choice, and containment.
Silence, listening, and non-disclosure are fully valid forms of participation.

Let's come together to share, exchange, and inspire each other. No presentations. No pitches. Just honest conversation about the choices we make for ourselves — physical, financial, personal, professional, creative — and what we've learned from them.
How it works
We start with introductions — who you are, what you do, where you're at in life. From there, we open up the table: what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't, and what you're still figuring out. There will be prompt cards on the table to keep things moving if we need a nudge. The rest is up to us.Come if you're:

The Barefoot Walk: Step out of your shoes, step into yourself.
Luitpoldpark, München, DEThere's something that happens when you take your shoes off and let your feet meet the earth. Your pace slows. Your attention drops downward. Something in the nervous system quietly settles.
This is a barefoot walk through Luitpoldpark — intentional, unhurried, and grounded in the most literal sense. We'll walk together across open grass, feet on earth, for around 40 minutes. Just you, the ground beneath you, and whatever the walk brings up.
The conversation
Afterwards, we settle onto our picnic mats for a 60 minutes guided conversation, giving us a chance to sit with what our body just experienced, and to explore together what it means to feel genuinely at home in yourself.We'll touch on what the walk stirred up: sensations, thoughts, resistance, unexpected ease. And we'll connect that back to the bigger question of how we want to inhabit our lives — not just for today, but for the long run.
What to bring

🥨 A snack or Brotzeit for the picnic sessionPlease walk barefoot only if it feels right for your body. If you have any foot conditions, circulatory issues, or sensitivities, feel free to keep your shoes on — you're equally welcome.

- Walk begins at 14:00 — please arrive by 13:45
- If it still rains after the walk, we'll move our conversation inside to Bamberger Haus, right at the park entrance
- The event is held in English.
Weather Policy
- Walk takes place in most conditions
- If it rains, it's even better. Walking barefoot on wet grass is the closest most of us will get to that feeling of stepping onto morning dew — cool, alive, and oddly clarifying. Rain doesn't diminish the experience. For many, it deepens it.
- Cancelled only in heavy rain or snowstorm
- Updates will be posted the day before and/or morning of the event in the comment section

The Longevity Walk: Move with intention, live with depth.
Odeonsplatz (in front of Tambosi), Odeonsplatz 18, Munich, DEThere's a version of you that thinks more clearly after 20 minutes of walking. That breathes differently. That knows things your sitting-self doesn't.
This is a 5.1km, approximately 70-minute intentional walk — paced for presence, not performance. We move together through English Garden, but this isn't a group exercise class. You're invited to arrive as you are, walk at a pace that feels alive, and notice what comes up when your body is finally in motion.
After the walk, we settle on the grass for our 30–45 minute reflection conversation — what did your body just tell you, and what does it have to do with how you're living?
We'll explore what it means to move for longevity — not to optimise, but to stay genuinely connected to yourself over time.
What to expect

We start together, move at a brisk but comfortable pace, and close with a short moderated reflection — a rare chance to actually process what your body and mind just experienced, together with others who showed up for the same reason.Practical details

Icebreaker #37 - Meaningful Conversations
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEPeople come to Icebreaker once out of curiosity. They come back because of a conversation they couldn't stop thinking about.
One of our most loved events, Icebreaker brings you into a small group of strangers for an evening of surprisingly deep conversation. The group stays together all night — no rotating, no rushing — so talks can go somewhere real. People regularly leave feeling lighter, energised, and a little amazed at what opened up.
The conversations are guided by over 300 prompt cards across 12 categories — designed to spark honesty, bring out your quirky side, and take you somewhere unexpected. Whether you end up in a philosophical debate or laughing about a shared memory you didn't know you had, the prompts have a way of making connection feel effortless.
Come as you are. Leave with something real.
