Join us at RockBottom in Croydon for an electrifying jam session where musicians of all skill levels come together to create magic! No prior rehearsals, no elaborate plans—just bring your instrument and your passion for music, and let's rock the night away. All rooms include Guitar and Bass amplifiers, drum kit, 3 microphones and PA included in the hire rate so no need to lug stuff around.
Please add what instrument you play and any song suggestions you would like to work on in the comments beforehand so members can have a look/ listen before the session.

Calling all neurodivergent adults to come together for a cozy and vibrant meetup in the bar area of the Battersea Arts Centre.

Join us for an afternoon of meaningful connections, relaxed conversations, and a supportive atmosphere. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long week or simply want to meet like-minded individuals, this event is for you.

Enjoy a variety of refreshments, share experiences, and embrace the sense of community in an inclusive space designed to celebrate neurodiversity.

The bar area is open to the public but is fairly quiet at this time of day. We also have the use of a smaller private room by the entrance, which can be used as a break out room.
