A Start-up, a Small Bet and one good OKR!

Moving from idea to experiment and execution can be a long and challenging road. How can OKRs help to make things happen and produce significant results within the next 3 months?

In the next meetup, Neal Taylor will share the story of his start-up and how he and his partner went from the first idea to making things happen in three months, whilst working full time, guided only by one good OKR.

In this interactive 90 min session we'll explore

• Using only one OKR for a new project or side business
• Limited time constraints and a radical focus
• The idea of a small bet

In a small group exercise and the following discussion, you will also have time to look at your own ideas / current projects and find valuable OKRs using the small bets approach.

And of course, we will reserve some time in the end for all your Q&As.

More about Neal Taylor:

Neal Taylor grew up in India, Oman, Germany and the UK.
He studied at the School of Management, University of Bath and WHU, Koblenz. He helped build up ArabicOnline and is currently a scrum master for Cambridge University Press. In his spare time, he's building up Saltwood.io remotely together with a friend. Current area of interest is personal agility and anti-fragility.
