Die Online LeSS DACH (Large Scale Scrum) ist eine deutschsprachige Community für all jene, die sich für Diskussionen, Fallstudien und Wissensaustausch in Bezug auf LeSS (http://less.works) und benachbahrten Themen (z.B. Beyond Budgeting, Specification by Example) interessiern.
LeSS ist ein Organisationsdesign Herangehensweise, die darauf abzielt, Organisationen durch Reduzierung von Komplexität zu vereinfachen. LeSS ist für höchste Anpassungsfähigkeit (Agilität) im Dienste der höchsten Wertschöpfung optimiert.
