The idea is to meet once a month to discuss a book related to improving your well-being. This is a chilled book club so as long as you think you’d benefit from the discussion you’re very welcome.

For June's meeting, we're reading Why Won’t You Apologize?: Healing Big Betrayals and Everyday Hurts by Harriet Lerner. (You can use this link to suggest books for future meetings: https://forms.gle/oJvVQbYWRAEo8AQ68 and the group will vote based on the suggestions).
This is a relaxed book club that is primarily for well-being support. You are encouraged to read the book but if you think you’d benefit from this discussion you’re welcome to attend even if you haven’t read the book.
