Come & express yourself in a shared and caring dance space!
✨~ this WED 25 June and every 4th Wednesday of the month at Buergerzentrum Ehrenfeld! ~
We begin with a short introduction inspired by dance and performance exercises, then dive into our movement and dance journey.
Whether you dance solo or with others, are a beginner or a pro, big or small, slow or fast... the jam is open for all who want to explore their dance through improvisation in a co-created safe space. WELCOME!

Después de una breve introducción con inspiraciondes de danza y performance, nos sumergimos en el movimiento y la danza.
Si bailas sol@ o con otr@s, como principiante o profesional, si tu baile es grande o pequeño, rápido o lento… la jam está abierta para todos los que quieran explorar su danza a través de la improvisación en un espacio co-creado y acogedor. ¡BIENVENID@!

Nach einer kurzen Einführung, inspiriert von Tanz und Performance, bist du eingeladen in deine Bewegung und Ausdruck einzutauchen.
Ob du alleine oder mit anderen tanzt, Anfänger*in oder Profi bist, groß oder klein, schnell oder langsam… diese Jam ist für alle offen, die ihren Tanz durch Improvisation in einem co-kreierten Raum erkunden möchten. HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN!
