We have two Qigong related programs that are included in this group.
Wild Goose Qigong:
Sessions with new and returning students led by long-time practitioners of the Wild Goose Qigong tradition. Newcomers are welcome to watch or participate in taiji warm-ups, acupressure self-massage, and the first set of Wild Goose Qigong - - to increase the flow of qi (life energy) in the body. All ages and physical abilities can benefit from this gentle, graceful movement practice.
Mayumido Breathwork:
Japanese breathing and movement exercise that uses techniques from Aikido, Qigong, and Yoga.
