Hypothesis-Driven Product Management (Online Workshop)
•OnlineOnlineBuild – Measure – Learn. It all sounds so simple in theory. Yet, so many of us are trapped in some sort of feature factory. This online course is focused on one of the hardest and most valuable skills in product: asking smart questions, framing them as actionable hypotheses and deciding which experiments and opportunities to pursue. Learn more about how to uncover risky assumptions and set your team up for successful dual-track product management of discovery and delivery.
In a small group of max 12 participants, we will discuss how to work with hypothesis on a daily basis, how to trigger relevant decisions and how to contribute to transforming your company into a learning organization. Our homework assignment and pre-reading material will help us maximize the value we create in class.
Who is it for?
Product managers, product leaders (like Head of Product, CPOs) and other product people interested in escaping the feature factory and finding product-market fit by asking the right questions.

AI Essentials for PMs - Workshop with Julia Bastian
Pause im Foifi, Förrlibuckstrasse 70, Zurich, CHAI is changing the role of the product manager. This hands-on, one-day workshop covers the essentials: from using AI in your daily work through “vibe coding” and automation, to shipping real AI-powered features with LLMs and agents. You’ll learn how to evaluate use cases, mitigate risks like hallucinations and prompt injections, and understand when techniques like fine-tuning or RAG actually make sense. You’ll leave with practical tools to confidently integrate AI into both your workflow and your product roadmap, leveraging AI to improve your product decisions and outcomes.
Who is this for?
- Mid–senior product managers
- PMs new to AI who want a clear foundation
- PMs already using AI who want to level up
We will start by demystifying artificial intelligence as a whole: what machine learning is, how LLMs work, and what AI agents are, giving you the fundamental technical understanding every product manager should have. From there, we will move into real-world applications: using AI to speed up discovery and insight generation, “vibe coding” and workflow automation, and bringing AI into your products by ideating use cases, evaluating feasibility, and learning how to control and improve output in production.
Throughout the day you will work through concrete product scenarios, cutting through the hype and buzzwords. You will practice evaluating AI use cases, spotting where AI should not be used, and learn how to handle limitations and risks. We will discuss how to manage non-deterministic features and how collaboration within the product trio might change. The focus is on immediately actionable skills and frameworks you can apply the very next day.
COMBI-TICKETS
This workshop can be bought in combination with the Product Academy SUMMIT at a reduced rate on our conference webite. (Early-Bird ticket sale ends Jan 31, 2026!)
