How can we overcome self-doubt?
Self-doubt can hinder us from pursuing goals and performing at our best. It impacts our confidence and even overall well-being. Overcoming self-doubt involves understanding its psychological roots and implementing strategies to build self-assurance.
We will look at the psychology underlying the painful experience of self-doubt and discuss strategies to overcome it.
This is an English mini-workshop and everybody is welcome.
