Have you ever heard of Elixir or Erlang programming languages? Have you ever wondered how whatsapp chat works so smooth and is such a scale?
In this meetup you will learn all this from Pythonista perspective.
Marco Milanesi with a strong Python background and Martin Wiso with 10+ years in Erlang will guide us through Elixir, to learn basic syntax and understand its strong points.

We will also raffle a ticket to the very relevant BEAM lite conference happening just few days after the event.
https://codesync.global/conferences/code-beam-lite-berlin-2018/ (BEAM is the Virtual machine that Erlang and Elixir run on top)

Great thanks for the conference organizers that offer us this opportunity!
