Main Talk: Job Search and Tech Recruitment
Diana Mendes works as a Sr. Tech Recruiter in Berlin. She loves to support others to succeed in their careers and will be talking to us about Job search and the tech recruitment process.
Workshop options:
1st - Personal development for career goals.
In this workshop, we will take our time to analyze the strengths and weaknesses in different parts of us that support our careers, discuss the points that need improvement, and make goals to better ourselves.

2nd - Interview Process
In this workshop, we will discuss the Interview process patterns in the tech industries, what to expect out of the interviews, and how to better prepare ourselves for them.

Creating a CV is not easy! In this workshop, we invite you to bring your CV and we will talk about our shared CVs and how can we make them better in order to step into the door of our new job opportunities.
