Description:
Our food systems account for about 1/3rd of our global greenhouse gas emissions. Transitioning to plant-based diets, cutting our food waste, and protecting tropical forests and ecosystems will be essential for protecting our climate, biodiversity and clean water. For our next Seattle Climate Change Meetup, we'll view a series of video clips and discuss food and climate change.

Presenter:
Jim Little will lead the discussion. Jim is a co-host of the Seattle Climate Change Meetup, active with Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility and a member of the Climate Activist Hub of Seattle / King County at [SeattleClimate.org](https://www.seattleclimate.org/).
