HOW TO COACH YOURSELF - LEARN ASKING POWERFUL QUESTIONS
This WoodWalk is hosted by Kerstin from waldzeit Coaching (certified Coach). She will show you
- how you can ask yourself powerful questions
- to gain more clarity
- and strength in your everyday life.
This WoodWalk will be guided in English.
We cultivate the PWYW philosophy. After the event, you decide how much you'd like to contribute as an energy exchange. We suggest an amount between €3 and €15.

When?
Friday, 13 June, 2025 from 4:45 pm. to approximately 8 pm.We meet at 4:45pm - please be on time, so we can start our WoodWalk together. We cannot wait for late participants, since we want to be back on time for those who have plans afterwards.
Where?
We meet at the tram station "Waldhof" (tram line 1).We encourage you to arrive climate-friendly via public transport. From Graz-Umgebung, there are several trains (S-Bahn) to Graz Hauptbahnhof. From there, you can take tram no. 1 (direction to Mariatrost), which takes 30 minutes. We will meet you at the tram stop "Waldhof".
How does the route look like?
The route goes through a small canyon. Please wear shoes which are allowed to get wet.What else do I need to bring?
- A raincoat in case of the possibility of rain
- A pencil and notebook to take some notes
- Whatever you need to feel comfortable (like water, a snack, ...)
How much does it cost?
- We welcome your contribution to cover our costs as organizers. Feel free to give what you feel comfortable with between 15€ and 3€.
Can I bring my dog? Can I bring little kids?
- Unfortunately not. Our format is a seminar/workshop which focuses on some self reflection in silence. Even though we believe that your dog is super cute and will behave, it would be very hard to manage if several people brought their dogs or little kids.
What else do I need to know?
- Please be aware that in the woods of Graz we can find a lot of ticks which can transfer various diseases. As organizers we ask you to inform yourself about possible risks and FSME vaccination options.
- We ask you: If your plans change, please change your RSVP. This is important for the organizers so we can plan accordingly. Also, there is a maximum of participants, so if you book a spot, we expect you to participate. Your plans change? Just let us know by changing your RSVP. Thank you, we really appreciate it!
