Über uns

Open Meditation happens at 6:30pm every Thursday in Camden and is completely free. All are welcome. The session lasts for half an hour which includes twenty minutes of silent meditation followed by a reading, then there is an opportunity for questions or comments. The group, which has no religious affiliation, has been meeting in Camden for many years. We can provide guidance on how to meditate or if you already have a technique that works for you, you can simply use that.
