Hi a warm welcome to my walk coffee/lunch we'll meet at kings cross outside the standard hotel then walk partially along the river Thames to Canary wharf where we'll find somewhere to have coffee or something to eat.

this social is a sober social it's ok if you usually drink alcohol but not at this social.

have you been overindulging or your sober?

Hi everybody let's get out get fit healthy and meet lots of new people without drinking

this is a sober social so no alcohol allowed but don't worry if you usually drink that's fine as long as you don't drink at the social as some people will feel uncomfortable around alcohol.

there's another group attending so hopefully lots of people.

we'll start off meeting at the standard hotel opposite kings cross station then walk to Walthamstow on the way we'll stop off at a coffee shop that's in the park at Finsbury park for some refreshments then walk to walthamstow wetlands centre it's a nature reserve where we can immerse ourselves in nature.

afterwards we can find a restaurant or coffee shop to eat some food or have some refreshments in Walthamstow.

why not come along and join me wether your looking for friendship business contacts or who knows possibly more.
