This free one-hour introductory workshop offers a practical and science-led introduction to energy healing, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and self-healing practices.
The session begins with a short 15-minute presentation exploring how stress, emotions, thoughts, and modern lifestyles can disturb the nervous system and affect our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Drawing from neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern mind-body approaches, the workshop explains these concepts in a simple, grounded, and accessible way.
This is followed by a 30-minute guided meditation experience designed to help participants access deeper states of relaxation, awareness, balance, and inner connection.
There will also be optional time at the end for questions, reflections, and feedback from participants.
No previous experience is necessary - just curiosity and an open mind.
