With over 15 years of leadership experience across software quality management, product ownership, project delivery, and digital transformation, Lilit brings a governance-focused perspective to the evolving role of QA.

The session will explore how AI is changing testing practices while introducing new quality risks, and why QA must evolve beyond test execution to take greater ownership of quality, risk, and responsible AI adoption.

• Emerging Risks: Understanding risks such as false confidence in AI-generated outputs and test results
