Open Heart Meditation is a relaxing, joyful and "non-serious" guided meditation to help the heart open and feel more peace, sweetness and joy. Due to Coronavirus concerns and for the wellbeing of all our participants, temporarily, sessions are not available at the Hove Community Centre. However, good news! Meditation sessions are available online via Zoom video conferencing. We have made it super easy to join right from your browser. Simply select a name and join the meditation session.
