Most people in Singapore haven’t tried beach tennis yet — and honestly, that’s part of the appeal. It’s fast-paced like tennis, social like volleyball, and played barefoot on sand. You don’t need prior experience, and the learning curve is surprisingly quick. Beach tennis is big in Brazil, and it’s now starting to pick up in Singapore. Sessions are run by Pacific Beach Tennis Academy, which is Singapore's first dedicated beach tennis academy. If you’re looking to: – try a new sport without pressure – meet people in a more relaxed setting – or just switch things up from your usual workouts this might be worth checking out. HATHA YOGA Monday & Wednesday | 12pm $25 per class Class may be cancelled if minimum number of 3 attendees is not reached. Please pm host for confirmation. Yoga mats are not provided. Blocks can be provided on request.

The class will focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work. Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you. **For ages 10 and above.** This class works on the highest level of physical conditioning, or “fight conditioning”, in a no-contact setting (ie. no sparring).
