Hello dear tennis enthusiast. Every Saturday afternoon we meet up for our “Adult tennis group sessions” in Zurich. It is open for both women and men. You will train in groups of max 4 players per 1 court. Level: 3pm - Medium Level Players Fee : 75 CHF per person (winter indoor season) Monthly payments are preffered, this way you have guaranteed booked slot for the whole month. We train on nice clay courts at TA Frauental during the summer and winter season. Welcome to Loki Welldone. We are an old-school basketball club. We focus on having fun playing and socializing afterwards. If you also like to play basketball, you've come to the right place! Everyone (all genders) is welcome here. We usually play every Friday from 8pm - 9.30pm in Schulhaus Kartaus. We organize ourselves through the clubs whatsapp chat, but would like to offer external people to join us. We are usually 4-10 players, playing either 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4. In this course, you’ll learn traditional and modern rhythms on djembes and doundouns (bass drums and bells) — all in a fun, structured, and hands-on way. We’ll explore the essentials of rhythm and groove, from understanding pulse, beat, and cycle to experiencing how different instruments interact in an ensemble. You’ll play, listen, improvise, and even create your own arrangements together with the group. Body percussion exercises help you *feel* rhythm from head to toe, while guided theory inputs deepen your understanding of African musical structures — intros, solos, signals, and more. Our holistic approach connects body, mind, and soul. Welcome to the Competitive Play Session. This session takes place every Saturday from 10:45 to 12:15 at the Yonex Badminton Hall Hardbrücke. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability. This session is for experienced players looking for quality games. Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies. You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session. New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
