L’Atelier Cocottes est un « serious game » basé sur le pliage de papier. Vous apprendrez à pratiquer les éléments de base du Toyota Way et du TPS : faire la distinction entre une mauvaise et une bonne formation TWI, écouter activement votre client, isoler les défauts, fluidifier le processus, se mettre au rythme du client, et à chaque fois à réfléchir ensemble pour trouver une action d’amélioration efficace et apprendre à mieux maitriser ses gestes métier. Ce jeu permet ainsi de prendre conscience de l’intérêt de la formation des équipes sur le terrain, de l’écoute active du client, de la qualité intégrée/Jidoka, du Juste à Temps avec le flux, le rythme client… Les fondamentaux du Lean management ! L’atelier sera suivi d’un moment de prise de recul et d’échanges entre participants. Ce deuxième cours portera sur la captation de la dynamique des poses, les méthodologies qui peuvent le permettre, et leur restitution! On se retrouve à 19h30, mais qui veut peut arriver au local à partir de 19h pour grignoter, discuter! Il y aura du thé et du café pour qui veut, il faut retirer ses chaussures car c'est une salle de danse (donc les bottes à lacets attendront une autre soirée). Learning how to draw still life, portrait, landscape? I will help you set up the composition and instruct you to draw everything you want with your pencils and your colours. The environment is friendly. This course is for beginners as well as those who want to improve their techniques. We will have a small snack break to exchange ideas and get to know each other. **Visit one of the Marais's most historical mansions** Hotel de Beauvais holds its name from **Catherine de Beauvais**, lady in waiting to the Queen in the 1640's. Nicknamed "One-eye Cathy", she happened to give young **Louis XIV**, his first lessons in bed. The mansion is a sign of the king's gratitude. As a Bavarian Embassy, the building also saw young **Mozart** stay there when he came to Paris at the end of the 18th century, before one of Paris' most notorious gambling place settled there. After the French Revolution, like many Marais mansions, the **Hotel de Beauvais** was stripped from its outstanding decors and parted into numerous flats and small factories. The yard of honor has now been restored and shows a **sumptuous decor** as well as an original and rare layout, due to the lack of space. The visit will also highlight the 13th century **Gothic vaulted cellars** and a **superb elliptic staircase** at the back of the courtyard. The building, has retained **the beautiful staircase of honor** from the 17th century, used by so many famous guests. It now takes people and visitors to the modern rooms of the **City of Paris administrative court of appeal**. Walk in English 25€/person. Includes entry ticket and right of speech.

Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a male model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects. The Fellowship of the Star Schema: Transforming OLTP Data for Power BI One does not simply build reports on OLTP data. Join us on an epic journey from the depths of raw, normalized tables to the shining halls of a well-modeled star schema fit for Power BI greatness. We will demystify the differences between OLTP and OLAP, walk through star schema vs snowflake (and why Power BI has a clear favorite), and show you the compression differences between normalized and columnar storage that will make you never look at an OLTP model the same way again. We will cover the different types of dimensions, when to use them, and how to handle Slowly Changing Dimensions without losing your mind. You will leave knowing exactly how to identify a bad model, how to convert OLTP data into a clean star schema, and how to forge relationships that rule them all. Whether you are a data wizard, a curious hobbit, or somewhere in between, your models will never be the same.

This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
