In May I’ll be starting a new cycle of 4 Monday morning sessions of Conscious Dance at Shamballa Esapace: *Root, Flow & Release* Each session will explore a different theme: 🥁 Rhythm & Grounding 🌊 Flow & Fluidity 🪵 Resistance & Awareness 🌿 Release & Elasticity A journey to keep listening to the body, moving and letting go… always in a space without judgment.
