4th CyberCLUB Community Birthday
4th CyberCLUB Community Birthday
19:07 - 19:20 – ***I Tried to Build an AI CISO… and Failed ***– Петър Пенев (КиберКЛУБ) 19:20 - 19:50 – ***Киберзаконът: какво (не)знаем ***– Деница Каналева (Fortinet), Никола Стойчев (DPC), Боян Янчев (LIREX BS), Младен Дрянков (ISACA Sofia Chapter) 19:50 - 20:02 – ***Why Your Browser is a Security Nightmare (And How to Actually Fix It) ***– Васил Генов (CLICO България) 20:02 - 20:15 – ***Организираната киберпрестъпност: новата индустрия*** – Борислав Ганцаров (Exclusive Networks Bulgaria) 20:15 - 20:25 – ***Милиони, направени с ирационално мислене*** – Цветан Русимов (CEO at Imperia Online) 20:25 - 20:40 – ***Критично мислене чрез видео игри*** – Мартин Кадинов и Александра Илиева (Гудгейм) 20:40 - 21:10 – ***КиберЗНАМ: Онлайн поколението без филтър ***– Димана Додова (КиберЗНАМ), Борис Гончаров (AMATAS), Васил Анастасов (DEVHUBONE), Тони-Теодора Косева (T'eachOne) 21:10 - 21:25 – ***Какво предстои в киберобщността*** – Антон Пулийски, Павел Георгиев 21:25 – **Торта и нетуъркинг** Вход свободен след регистрация - [https://www.eventbrite.com/e/4th-cyberclub-community-birthday-tickets-1980995576095?aff=oddtdtcreator](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/4th-cyberclub-community-birthday-tickets-1980995576095?aff=oddtdtcreator) Присъствието ще осигури 5 CPE (Continuous Professional Education) точки за всеки член на **ISACA Sofia Chapter**, **IIA Bulgaria**, **PMI Bulgaria Chapter** 4th CyberCLUB Community Birthday се организирана със съдействието на: **Telelink Business Services** , **Fortinet**, **BalkansWorks Ltd**, **Lirex COM**, **Exclusive Networks CEE**, **Palo Alto Networks**, **Devin JSC**, **ISACA Sofia Chapter**, **Dot.HELP - Human Layer Security**, **Sofia Investment Agency**, **CLICO Bulgaria**, Wines of Sakar, ВИНОnTheRoad, **Print.bg**, Topcho.bg, AnetFoto, **DiggerVideo**, **DevHubOne**, **КиберЗНАМ**, **CENTIO #CYBERSECURITY** Медийни партньори: Информационна агенция ФОКУС, **Profit.bg**, E-security, Pixelmedia.bg, Smartage.bg, Kreativen.com, Dronenews.eu, VRnews.info, **divna.Tech**, Zone4Tech, **Enterprise Magazine for small and medium businesses,** [Careerdailynews.com](https://careerdailynews.com,/), **Dir.bg** Организатори: **КиберКЛУБ и Cyber Security Talks Bulgaria (CSTB)** 🆓Събитията на КиберКЛУБ и Cyber Security Talks Bulgaria са винаги безплатни за посетителите. Meet-up vol. 10 | Continuous Product Discovery & Targeted User Research
Meet-up vol. 10 | Continuous Product Discovery & Targeted User Research
* **About the event:** **Continuous Product Discovery & Targeted User Research** Building successful products requires talking to your users, but *how* and *when* you talk to them makes all the difference. Continuous discovery is your 15-minute product "health check." It does not replace proper feature-based user research, it complements it. Join us for a practical meetup where we will break down exactly when to use continuous discovery versus targeted user research, and how the two approaches work together to drive product strategy. We will share actionable frameworks for catching high-level UX feedback, validating direction, and knowing exactly when to transition into deep, area-specific research. **What We’ll Cover:** * **The Core Framework:** Understand the difference between a 15-minute continuous discovery session (a high-level health check) and targeted, feature-based research. Learn when to use which approach and how to prevent your discovery calls from turning into support tickets or therapy sessions. * **Smart Recruitment & Triage:** Stop relying on the loudest customers. Learn how to use Amplitude data, Account Managers, and Community channels to reach your *core* users. We will show you how to use discovery sessions to build a repository of "awesome users" triaged for later, deep-dive research. * **Interviewing Best Practices:** We will share real-life anecdotes on how to ask situational questions rather than leading questions like "would you use this feature?" * **Scaling with Automation & AI:** Learn how to automate your feedback sessions and leverage AI to synthesize notes, spot 80/20 pain points, and write up interview patterns. **Who Should Attend:** Product Managers, UX Researchers, Product Marketers, and Designers who want to optimize their user feedback loops. * **About the speakers:** Krassi is a Senior Product Manager at LucidLink, where she focuses on identity, access, and permissions. Before LucidLink, she spent nearly 8 years at Sitecore, leading product initiatives across identity, developer platforms, and Marketplace, with a strong focus on developer and user experience. She’s particularly passionate about user experience through continuous product discovery - running customer interviews, uncovering real needs, and turning insights into products that solve meaningful problems. Igor is a Senior Staff Product Designer at LucidLink, focused on solving the right problems. Over 20 years of design experience have shaped his belief that listening to customers, separating signal from noise, identifying the pain points that matter most, and addressing them in a timely manner is what helps any company grow and stay ahead. * **About LucidLink:** LucidLink is the storage collaboration platform that frees creative teams to work together from anywhere. With a single shared filespace protected by zero-knowledge encryption, your team can instantly and securely access, edit and share projects of any size. Combining the ease of a local drive with the power of the cloud, LucidLink gives you on-demand access to your files. Now you can get straight to work without downloading, syncing or versioning disasters. Just like its customers, LucidLink's teams work together from anywhere. Privately held and headquartered in San Francisco, California, with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria, LucidLink's hybrid and remote employees work across Europe, North America, and Australia. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Columbus, Ohio
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Columbus, Ohio
From birth, human beings are learning. Before we are able to hold concrete memories, we are being shaped and impacted by everything about our lives and situations. From the point that we become capable of cognizant thought and memory, our lives could be summed up as a series of our responses to our circumstances, whether for good or for ill. Dr. Joe Dispenza sees a deep need for human beings to live *on purpose*. Rather than just living life in reaction mode, he challenges people to live intentionally, to seek to change the negative that we have encountered and to pursue the positive through purposeful steps in a different and healthy direction. His study and work seek to demonstrate the changes that can be made from the inside out. Join us as we take a look at new ways to grow at **6:30 pm,** **Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center, Columbus**. COUNT monthly event: Kitchen service at Van Buren Center's shelter
COUNT monthly event: Kitchen service at Van Buren Center's shelter
Come assist Van Buren Shelter (https://ymcacolumbus.org/locations/vanburen) staff in serving dinners and cleaning up on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Dinner for the women is 5-6 pm and for the families is 6:15-7:15 pm. There is ample free parking available in the shelter's lot. The recommended area to park is in green in the image above. There will be a new entrance for the time being. We are asking all volunteers to enter through the Donation Dock door, the orange mark on the image above. This door is located between the Single Adults and Family Shelter. You will see 2 large garage doors with a large green trash compactor in the center. Please head to the closest garage door to the building wall, with a ramp leading up. There, you will see a door with a sign stating instructions on how to enter the building. Please ring the doorbell, and a staff member will come and escort you into the building. If a staff member takes longer than 5 minutes, please call the front desk at 614-689-2020. This is a new process for us, and we do not want to keep you waiting! We appreciate your patience as we navigate this temporary change. The shelter needs a volunteer count the day before the event so sign-up ends Monday at 4:50 PM. Afterwards some of us go to the Omnipresent Atheists Weekly Meetup in progress to have a bit to eat or drink (http://www.meetup.com/omnipresentatheists/). Volunteers must be 14 or older. Since we will be working around families, the YMCA does not permit volunteering by individuals with convictions for violent or sexual crimes. The YMCA reserves the right to run background checks on volunteers. For questions, comment on this page or contact: Andrew, awhit12@yahoo.com, (614)937-5802 (cell). Please let Andrew know if you volunteer anytime other than our COUNT events so that he can count your hours toward our service record.
