This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). El nivel inicial tiene una gran importancia en el camino del desarrollo teatral, ya que en este primer contacto con el teatro nos basamos en comprender el hecho teatral en sí. Para ello realizamos una formación actoral básica, basándonos en las técnicas y disciplinas básicas de las artes escénicas, así como en los conocimientos indispensables para cualquier actor. Trabajo de improvisación, voz, expresión corporal, paleta emotiva, escenas, creación y trabajo de personajes, creación propia, desbloqueos etc. Siempre trabajando de una manera lúdica, el alumno podrá investigar las distintas herramientas escénicas que se pueden dar en el espacio teatral, mejorar la expresividad, potenciar la creatividad, el trabajo en grupo, la autoestima, y mucho más. Tomará conciencia de su cuerpo, del espacio, aprenderá de forma práctica como es la relación con los objetos, la creación de personajes y el trabajo de la improvisación, mejorando la expresión corporal y oral. Pero sobretodo DIVERTIRSE HACIENDO TEATRO, ese es nuestro principal objetivo. ### ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares? Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado aparecido, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberadora imagen de solución. ### ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? Una invitación a jugar a través de la música. Una invitación a hacer música con nada más y nada menos que tu propio cuerpo. Este taller nos permite conocer múltiples posibilidades sonoras de nuestro cuerpo, combinarlas y jugar con ellas, incluyendo, además de lo puramente percutivo, la voz como elemento rítmico y melódico. Es una sesión de liberación energética en la que se potencia tu propia Energía Vital. Por eso, uno de los primeros beneficios de la sesión es sentirte en revitalizada, en calma, ligera...A partir de ahí, puedes experimentar mucho más. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
