L'événement **Eye-contact** vise principalement à améliorer les compétences en communication non verbale des participants. Voici les objectifs principaux de cet événement : * **Renforcer la communication** : Apprendre à établir un contact visuel efficace pour capter l'attention et renforcer le message transmis lors des échanges. * **Susciter l'empathie** : Utiliser le regard pour établir un lien émotionnel avec les interlocuteurs, favorisant ainsi une meilleure compréhension mutuelle. * **Gagner la confiance** : Développer la capacité à maintenir le contact visuel, ce qui inspire confiance et crédibilité auprès de l'auditoire. * **Surmonter la timidité** : Aider les participants à dépasser leur peur du jugement en pratiquant le contact visuel dans des environnements rassurants. * **Améliorer la mémorisation** : Favoriser une meilleure rétention des informations échangées grâce à un contact visuel soutenu. Cet événement est donc conçu pour offrir aux participants des outils pratiques et des exercices qui leur permettront de maîtriser cette technique de communication essentielle. **L'experience *:*** *L'un en face de l'autre, aucun des deux ne conversant ni ne s'efforçant de se rendre intéressant.* S'asseoir et se regarder, sans qu'on ne dise ni ne fasse quoi que ce soit. Ni parler, ni s'agiter, ni rire nerveusement ni être embarrassé. On s'apercevra que l'on a tendance à confronter avec une partie du corps plutôt qu'à confronter seulement, ou à utiliser un système de confrontation plutôt qu'à **être simplement là**. Le nom de cet exercice serait incorrect si confronter signifiait faire quelque chose. **Toute l'action consiste à habituer à être là**, à un mètre en face d'un autre, sans s'excuser ni bouger, ni sursauter ni se défendre. Le fait de confronter avec une partie du corps peut provoquer des somatiques dans la partie du corps dont on se sert pour confronter. **La solution est simplement de confronter et d'être là.** Simplement être là et confronter, et on atteint un gain majeur stable. Beaucoup de personnes aiment la musique, mais très peu osent passer de l’autre côté : celui où l’on choisit les morceaux, où l’on crée les transitions et où l’on fait danser les autres. Café Mix est un atelier de création musicale collective autour du mix qui propose de découvrir le DJing de manière accessible. Pendant cet atelier, tu apprendras avec l'aide d'Olivier à manipuler le contrôleur, comprendre les bases du mix et créer ton propre mini set. Peu importe le niveau ou l'âge, on se concentre sur le plaisir, la créativité et la découverte. Ce samedi, vous participerez à l'événement d'inauguration sur meetup. Nous poursuivons le cycle consacré à Marcel Proust avec le 5e volume de la "Recherche" soit : **"La Prisonnière" Première partie** (jusque "Mr Charlus n'avait jamais été dans la vie qu'un amateur..., la Pléiade ) "...Le narrateur est de retour à Paris, dans la maison de ses parents, absents pour le moment. Il y vit avec Albertine, et Françoise, la bonne. Les deux amants ont chacun leur chambre et leur salle de bains. Le narrateur fait tout pour contrôler la vie d’Albertine, afin d’éviter qu’elle donne des rendez-vous à des femmes. Il la maintient pour ainsi dire prisonnière chez lui, et lorsqu’elle sort, il s’arrange pour qu’Andrée, une amie commune aux deux amoureux, suive Albertine dans tous ses déplacements. L’attitude du narrateur est très proche de celle de Swann avec Odette dans Un Amour de Swann....." Le premier samedi de chaque mois, la communauté du Libre parisienne propose une install-party (Ubuntu et d'autres distributions GNU/Linux), des conférences et ateliers.

🌟Tu n’es pas ton histoire : tu es la personne qui peut l’écrire. 🌟 Ré-écrire son histoire : reprendre le pouvoir sur son récit intérieur. On ne choisit pas tout ce qu’on a vécu. Mais on peut choisir ce qu’on en fait. Cet atelier Wise t’invite à revisiter ton histoire sans nier les faits, pour transformer le sens, récupérer du pouvoir, et remettre du mouvement là où ça stagne. Ce qu’on va faire ensemble : * clarifier les moments-clés et les ressources que tu as développées, * repérer les croyances/schémas (“je dois…”, “je ne peux pas…”) qui pilotent ta vie, * réécrire une scène ou un chapitre avec un angle plus aligné, * définir ton “prochain chapitre” + une action simple à réaliser rapidement. Tu repars avec : un récit plus choisi, une boussole (valeurs/besoins), et un premier pas concret. 🎯POUR QUI ? : Pour toute personne bienveillante portant de l'intérêt à la connaissance de soi, au développement personnel, à la volonté de retrouver du sens, du lien et du partage. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory.
