Grandir entre plusieurs cultures, plusieurs langues, plusieurs mondes peut être une richesse immense. Mais cela peut aussi être un chemin intérieur complexe. Beaucoup d’enfants d’immigrés portent en eux des histoires de sacrifices, d’exil, d’attentes familiales et de loyauté invisible. Dans ce contexte, choisir sa propre voie peut parfois s’accompagner d’un sentiment profond de culpabilité. Choisir sa vie. Choisir ses rêves. Choisir une direction différente. Ou simplement se choisir soi-même. Et pourtant, ce choix peut parfois nous donner l’impression de trahir, de décevoir ou de s’éloigner de ceux qui ont tout donné pour nous. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each.
