This is a gathering of Sufis and people curious or interested in Sufism. We usually have a short reading followed by discussion, questions and end with a Sufi healing circle also known as a dhikr (or zikr). A Sufi healing circle is a time when we gather as a community to Remember the Divine within. In dhikr we invoke the light of God and allow it to open, clean and heal our body, mind, heart and spirit. But then sometimes even the people who are suffering from depression do not know that they are suffering from depression, they will just fake a smile and stick it on their faces forever.
