Welcome to Terrible Football Berlin!
Do you want to play football but don't want to pay? Are you a bit unfit, a bit old, or a bit Terrible? Want to have a relaxed kick about and a couple of beers after? Then Terrible Football is for you!
Anyone can play: any ability, any age, and any gender. Terrible Football is about miss kicked clearances, sweet half volleys and desperate diving saves. We play in the rain, sun or snow. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible.
We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! You don't need shin pads and we don't allow hard plastic or metal studs.

 How the games will work:
 1\. We will have up to 18 players\.
 2\. Please RSVP on Meetup if you want to participate\.
 3\. If you sign up\, please try your best to attend the event to avoid disturbing the format\. If you cannot attend the session\, deregister asap \(Please check below how the waiting list will work\)\. LATEST CANCELLATION is 3 HOURS before the start of the event\.
 4\. Regular no\-shows could be banned from future TF Meetups\.
 5\. We will NOT allow unregistered participants\.
 6\. The organizer group will ban repeat rule breakers\, so play nice\.

Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. **Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.** Note: **We do not allow high-studded football boots during our sessions.** To avoid injuries, we only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Rules for lazy & lousy football 1. **Don’t be competitive** 2. **No hard tackling/sliding challenges** 3. **Support new players by giving them the time and space to play the ball** 4. **Don’t dribble past multiple players (trying to take on a player is fine but at no point should you be trying to dribble past multiple players).** 5. **Don’t close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.** 6. **Rotate the goalkeeper** 7. **Be a teamplayer** Waiting list: This meetup is for members of the Lousy & Lazy Sport Club. **Join us for outdoor grass volleyball in Hasenheide park!** This event is not suitable for complete beginners. We play with two nets. The "chill court" is for mixed-level play with 3v3 up to 5v5. The "competitive court" is for higher-level 2v2 play with beach rules. Be sure to wear suitable sports clothing and perhaps bring a drink. There are no facilities such as changing rooms and showers in the park. A nearby public toilet is also available, but it might be closed, dirty, or not have toilet paper. **Location**: We play in the narrow clearing, located between the two paths in the center of Hasenheide park, on the southern side. Updates will be posted in the WhatsApp group, which you can join via [https://tinyurl.com/ParkVolley](https://tinyurl.com/ParkVolley) **RSVP**: Put yourself on the waitlist, even if other people are already on there. The waitlist is not chronological, so even if there are 30 people on there, you still have a chance! If you get a spot, you will be moved to the attending list and notified by Meetup. This is a free event with limited space. **If you can't make it, promptly update your RSVP to NO** so others can take your place. If you do not show up or cancel last minute, you will be marked as a no-show, reducing your chances of getting off the waitlist in the future. **Payment:** This event is free, but you are invited to make a 2 EUR donation towards equipment. **Attending**: Do not join if you have an infectious disease. You need to be on the attendee list to attend; **being on the waitlist is not sufficient**. Do not bring friends that are not on the attendee list. **Showing up without having a valid RSVP will get you banned**. **Safety**: Mind the terrain. The grass might be uneven and contain items such as bottle caps. It is not suitable for diving or playing like on a beach. Be careful not to twist your ankle. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better. You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event.
