We welcome all genders, ages(over 18), skill levels etc.. It doesn't matter if you are semi-pro or have never played a day in your life, everyone is welcome. **PLEASE READ:** Terrible football always has a wait list for Clapham. We have a lot of regulars who have been enjoying our group for years. If you sign up and can not make it, you must drop out by 8pm Friday. If you drop out later you will be taken off any games you sign up to play the next week. If you cannot make it but are on the waitlistist, please drop out before midnight aswell. If you are put through to play and dont show up, the same rule applies. We are strict on these rules as we like the games as even as possible, plus someone else could have made it off the wait list! You have to join the whatsapp group for the exact location. We play between the skate park and band stand. **Set up:** Clapham is set us as two pitches, each with a 10 aside game. We make 4 teams of 10(as evenly as possible skills wise) and play three 30 minute games. Each team will face one another by the end. **GAME RULES:** 1\. Rotate keeper every 10 minutes\. Everyone must go in 2\. No slide tackles\. 1 warning only\. This is due to it being casual and varied in skill level\. 3\. Be inclusive\. Pass to everyone and be positive\. Anyone who says anything rude to another player will be warned once and then asked to leave\. We recommend you wear plastic studs(metal are not allowed) or AstroTurf boots. Shin pads are optional but most people don't wear them. We have colour bibs so please wear what you want in those regards. DANCING EVERY 1ST AND 3RD SATURDAY NIGHTS <3 Tribalheart Ecstatic dance creates space for free-form movement in a chat free zone where you can dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, dancing in and out, up and down, learning to let go of anything and everything that holds you back from yourSelf and inner freedom. Let the energy move you, let the spirit of the heart guide you. There is space to dance alone and no pressure to connect with anyone else, just be yourself and honour what you need in the moment. This night is an inspiration and fusion of club culture, dancing yoga, active meditation, cardio fitness, Ecstatic trance dance (blindfolds available) and a sacred Nataraj. If you choose to connect, it is a chance to meet others without words from a place of movement, meditation, energy and soul; eyes and heart wide open. ### We will start the evening with a welcoming warmup to relax the body and mind. Together we will set an intention for the evening inviting the heart to open and awaken within us thus creating sacred space for all. For those that wish to partake, we will enjoy and deepen our intention with a short Cacao ceremony. (The cacao is used to take us deeper into our body, awakening our senses, connecting us to heart energy and aiding a spring in our step) We also embark on some dynamic breathwork to fire us up for the evening. \- Please leave at least 2 hours after eating a heavy meal if drinking cacao\. -Please do not drink alcohol before the event as it is contraindicated with some of the breathwork techniques we practice We inject passion into sourcing the music for our events and aim to deliver an eclectic mix of genres for your heart. We are pleased to announce our next tall walk, talk and drinks, hosted by Mary. This is an event for all ages, regulars to the club and newbies, arriving solo or with tall friends and family. Our meetups are only for tallies - men normally 6'2" and above, women normally 5'10" and above. We will meet at 3pm/1500hrs on Saturday 18th April outside Great Portland Street underground station. The walk will be at meandering pace around Regent's Park and up to Primrose Hill. It should take around 2 hours dependant on the weather and how long we stop to take in the view at Primrose Hill. We will end at The Marlborough Arms in Torrington Place, London WC1E 7LY. The side room is reserved for our group so a seat will be waiting. Stay for a drink or two or more. Food menu available. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
