We will then move into an interactive, on-the-mat exploration, breaking down foundational postures such as Mountain Pose (*Tadasana*), Child’s Pose (*Bālāsana*), Downward-Facing Dog (*Adho Mukha Svanasana*), and Corpse Pose (*Savasana*). You’ll learn basic alignment cues and explore ways to adapt each posture to your own body. The workshop continues with a gentle yoga practice focused on alignment, introducing blocks to support your movements and practice safely and confidently.
