Cada setmana fem una sessió diferent aprofitant el moment lunar en el qual ens trobem, per exemple lluna plena: agraïment, lluna minvant: deixar anar... El pes central de la sessió està en la pràctica de ioga, però també fem una meditació profunda d'uns 10 min mínim i una conclusió de la sessió expressada a través de l'escriptura terapèutica o de l'expressió artística. **El domingo 26 de abril, a partir de las 15h hasta las 18h**, hacemos un karaoke poligloto. Podemos cantar en castellano, catalán, inglés, japonés, chino, etc. Podemos usar dos máquinas de karaoke.
