📅Την Κυριακή 19 Απριλίου, ώρα 16:00 και σχεδόν στην καρδιά της Άνοιξης, ξεκινάμε από την μονή Αγίου Ιωάννη Κυνηγού στην Αγία Παρασκευή για να πιάσουμε μία από τις κορυφές του Υμηττού. Την κορυφή Κορακοβούνι! 🎋 Πρόκειται για μία όμορφη ημικυκλική διαδρομή 8,5 χιλιομέτρων στον Βόρειο Υμηττό, με αρκετές εναλλαγές τοπίων αλλά και γεμάτη με εντυπωσιακά σημεία θέας προς το λεκανοπέδιο! (Δείτε τις φώτο πιο κάτω) Στη πορεία μας θα συναντήσουμε και το περιβόητο σπήλαιο λιονταριού! Το όνομα του σπηλαίου δεν είναι τυχαίο. Περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες στο σημείο. ⚠️ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η διαδρομή αν και σχετικά μικρής απόστασης ΔΕΝ λογίζεται ως εύκολη ή κατάλληλη για αρχάριους. Το πρώτο μισό της διαδρομής έχει ανοδική κλίση, ή όποια σε διάφορα σημεία αυξομειώνεται. Το δεύτερο μισό έχει και κάποια σημεία με έντονη καθοδική κλίση. Επίσης το 80% της διαδρομής είναι μέσα από μονοπάτια. ⌛ Η διάρκεια της μετρήθηκε επί τόπου με scouting στις 3 ώρες, ωστόσο για όσους επιχειρήσουν να το τολμήσουν, ας γνωρίζουν ότι ο ρυθμός θα είναι απόλυτα χαλαρός, με μπόλικα διαλείμματα και χωρίς πίεση χρόνου. Γι αυτό επιβάλεται να πάρετε μαζί σας και φακό. Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens Free Communal Garden Class Series GROWING MUSHROOMS In this class, we will discuss how to raise mushrooms on logs outdoors as a way to raise food in parts of your yard that are usually too shady to grow vegetables or other crops. We will discuss what mushroom species can be cultivated, what tree species they can grow on, and demonstrate how to prepare and inoculate the logs. By following these steps, you can have your own bountiful mushroom harvest!
