Meditation on Twin Hearts is practiced worldwide by people of different nationalities and religious backgrounds. This powerful instrument is an advanced meditation technique introduced by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the modern founder of Pranic Healing® and Arhatic Yoga®.
This guided meditation works on the heart chakra (the physical heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart), thereby enabling you to draw down a great amount of high-quality divine energy into the crown chakra increasing inner illumination. The base of the meditation is the Prayer of Saint Francis, " Make me an Instrument of thy peace." Meditation on Twin Hearts can be done by a group as a form of world service.

After leaving the Carr Co, Ragland formed his own investment banking concern, which successfully assisted the Federal Government in the disposition of over $5.0 billion in assets, including land, office buildings and sub-performing (non-performing) real estate loans.
Ragland served as Vice-Chair of the City of Alexandra (VA) Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals; Chairman of the Prince George's County (MD) Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the City of Bowie (MD) Economic Development Committee and Chairman of the Bowie (MD) Business Innovation Center (Bowie BIC).
He is a member of the faculty of the Bowie State University College of Business and a member of the Board of Visitors of Towson University.
Ragland has been directly involved in the development, marketing sales, and management of over 5,000 acres of land, 10 million square feet of office and commercial space, and 10,000 apartment/cond units.
His favorite passion is teaching his kids how to make serious money fixing, flipping, and owning single-family houses.

Exercise can slow down the progression of Parkinson’s, and Covid 19 Quarantine is no reason not to move! Join our fun outdoor class and stay fit and healthy.
Our ‘Nordic Neuro Magic’ is a new exercise class designed for people in the early stage of Parkinson’s and their friends or partners who can walk, are at a low risk of falls and have no major other health concerns .
Our exercise classes can really help improve your gait, balance and posture. They are also an excellent way to get fitter and stronger.
Inspired by PD Warrior, we run these especially designed classes, full of fun exercises, designed to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s.
Our members love it, and we can really see the difference in the members who have been with us for a while!
The classes are based around 7 key principles:

o Meaningful in daily life
o Specific to symptoms

Perth Weight Loss Support Group - Saturday Morning Meetings

People who attend support groups lose more weight than those who go it alone.
You don’t have to lose weight all by yourself - in fact it’s probably best that you don’t.
Research shows that having support on your weight loss journey enhances self-esteem and provides motivation to keep going.
A study published recently in the American Journal of Medicine found that participants who attended weekly support meetings, lost on average, five times more weight than those who relied solely on the information and advice that they were given.
So, if you’ve tried losing weight on your own with little or no success, it might be time to join a supportive group of like-minded people who are on the same journey.
The Perth Healthy Weight Support Group meets every Saturday morning from 10 am to 11 am.
