Checkst du? Comedy – Freches Stand-up Open Mic @TheComedyPub
Checkst du? Comedy – Freches Stand-up Open Mic @TheComedyPub
**Freches deutsches Comedy Open Mic in Wien! ## 🍻 The Comedy Pub – Der Comedy-Hotspot in Wien Die Bühne von **Checkst du? 😉 * Spenden sind willkommen – Support your locals! ## 🎉 Warum Mittwoch? #CheckstDuComedy #ComedyWien #StandupWien #OpenMicWien #DeutschComedy #ComedyNightWien #ComedyClubWien #StandupComedyWien #WienLacht #LachenInWien #ComediansWien #ComedySzeneWien #ComedyShowWien #WienEvents #WienNightlife #ComedyLovers #WienOpenMic #GermanComedy #ComedyVienna #ViennaComedy #StandupVienna #ViennaEvents #ViennaNightlife #ViennaOpenMic #ViennaStandup #ViennaFun #ViennaUnderground #ComedyLifeWien #WienHumor #StandupSceneWien #LaughsInVienna #ComedySpotWien #FunnyInWien #AltbaukellerComedy #ViennaLaughs #WienWednesday #FrecheComedy #NewComediansWien #ComedyNewGen #YoungComedyWien

The business problem: technical sales requests are slow, difficult, and error-prone when handled manually. The Solution: Our Sales CoPilot interprets complex requirements, works with documentation and technical data, and supports offer preparation. Technology foundation: strong emphasis on AWS as the enabler, plus AI/LLM-driven processing. Architecture choice: a set of core AWS services to deliver both the user-facing application and the AI-powered data processing pipeline. Amazon S3 stores uploaded product datasheets and hosts the frontend assets, while Amazon CloudFront accelerates and securely delivers the web interface to users. Incoming application traffic is routed through an Application Load Balancer (ALB) to containerized services running on Amazon ECS, which handle both backend business logic and document ingestion tasks. For AI capabilities, Amazon Bedrock is used in two places: to extract and transform structured information from PDF datasheets, and to power the agentic logic behind the application. Persistent structured data is stored in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, which supports read/write operations from the backend. Together, these AWS services provide a scalable, cloud-native architecture for hosting, processing, AI enrichment, and application delivery. ### **"Beyond Vibe Coding"** *Speaker:* **Sergio Lopez-Gehler**, Solutions Architect @ AWS AI agents are changing how engineers write, test, and ship code. This talk explores what agentic coding looks like in practice — the workflow, the tradeoffs, and the tools that make it work. We'll cover how to collaborate effectively with AI agents: prompting, reviewing, iterating, and knowing when to take over. We'll look at what changes when development gets significantly faster — testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and team coordination all need to keep up. Then we'll introduce Kiro, an agentic IDE that uses spec-driven development, steering rules, and hooks to let engineers define how the agent operates within their codebase. We'll also look at AWS DevOps Agent — an autonomous operations teammate that correlates metrics, logs, and deployment history to investigate incidents and identify root causes before you even open your laptop. *** 💛 **Sponsors:** * **Bytesource** - [https://bytesource.net/de/](https://bytesource.net/de/) *** 📌 **RSVP now** and invite your colleagues to celebrate, learn, and connect with the AWS community at **Impact Hub Vienna**!
Sunday Screenings in the Living Room
Sunday Screenings in the Living Room
Weekly screenings from a large archive of many of the most significant, yet seldom seen and rarely accessible cinematic masterpieces in the history of film - from its earliest beginnings to the present day. Screenings are in original language, if English, or original language with English subtitles. Films are selected democratically on the inspiration of a brief pre-screening discussion. The selected title is typically a "neglected gem" that most of us discover together for the first time. Individual taste is not a criterion and all participants are expected to put the interests of the group as a whole above personal preference or prejudice. In this sense, the emphasis is on openness, exploration, and surprise. Each screening is followed by an in-depth group discussion, led and moderated by the curator. WARNNG: FilmStory is not just about watching movies! Rather, it's a socially responsible, intellectual engagement, involving an organic approach to group study of film language, philosophy, art, history, politics, and technology. In this sense, the film is always merely the current highlight in an explorative, ongoing group discussion. **FilmStory** is a members-only series that involves a closely knit community of cinephiles. Events take place every Sunday in a comfortable, private setting with limited capacity. Participation is reserved primarily for regular members, but we're always ready to make new friends! Non-regular members may request to meet the community and, upon acceptance as a "new joiner," are welcome to participate in one event, according to space availability. New joiners are asked to make a €6 member dues contribution in advance of the requested date. New members receive a message of confirmation and the address of the Living Room in 1080 Vienna upon receipt of their dues contribution. **FilmStory** is presented and hosted by **[KulturSalon Wien](https://www.meetup.com/kultursalon-wien/)**.
Science and Philosophy Discussion Table
Science and Philosophy Discussion Table
This is a group for meeting new people, eating brunch, and having discussions about science, life, philosophy, politics, and people. Anybody is free to join, and we charge no fees. This discussion group aims to have the absolute minimal level of structure necessary to ensure the conversation remains engaging to the majority of people present. In particular, we \*don't\* have fixed order of speaking or timed statements. So far, the balance we've struck is enforcing hand raising when conversation gets intense in order to minimize interruption, and to give the chair (me!) the power to occasionally call a snap election on the conversation topic.
Run+B-fast
Run+B-fast
Hi Running fellows, Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us! Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast! Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45. We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier. Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup. Important disclaimer: Please only run as much as you feel you can, considering the temperature, weather conditions, your own fitness etc... run and walk at your own pace as the organizers do not assume any liability for any injuries or health issues. Sonia, Adrian, Ali, Paul and Liz
Blood on the Clocktower
Blood on the Clocktower
**Hello there! I would like to ask everyone who RSVPs to send me a message here on Meetup and change your profile setting to allow me to reply - this is needed because the message sending to people who RSVPd on Meetup proved to be a disaster and a few days before the event I would like to send you the exact address and ask you to confirm your RSVP. Thank you!** *In the quiet village of Ravenswood Bluff, ‌a demon walks amongst you...* *During a hellish thunderstorm, on the stroke of midnight, there echoes a bone-chilling scream. The townsfolk rush to investigate and find the town storyteller murdered, their body impaled on the hands of the clocktower, blood dripping onto the cobblestones below. A Demon is on the loose, murdering by night and disguised in human form by day. Some have scraps of information. Others have abilities that fight the evil or protect the innocent. But the Demon and its evil minions are spreading lies to confuse and breed suspicion. Will the good townsfolk put the puzzle together in time to execute the true demon and save themselves? Or will evil overrun this once peaceful village?* Everyone is welcome, we will explain the rules before the game! One round is roughly 30-90 minutes and we plan to play several rounds. The language of this event is English. I will send the exact address to the people who RSVP'd - it will close to Westbahnhof. Please only RSVP if you intend to join. See you there! :-)

Social meetings held most Tuesdays at a local pub/restaurant at 7:00 PM (and often into the wee hours). Attendees call themselves agnostics, skeptics, humanists, non-theists, deists or even theists. All attendees are welcome but should support our vision. Atheists of Columbus (AoC) is part of Omnipresent Atheists (OA). AoC members are invited to join this OA meetup and/or OA Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/omnipresentatheists/ ) but are free to continue conversations on the AoC Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/columbusatheists/ ). AoC was founded in 2012 as a networking, social group for Central Ohio area humanists, skeptics, atheists, agnostics, nonbelievers, freethinkers, and the curious. It was a member of Columbus CoR and held weekly meetings, mostly on Fridays, for several years but then operated as an online only group for some time. In November 2018, Omnipresent Atheists (OA), a group that routinely meets on Tuesdays, invited AoC to merge. Omnipresent Atheists is a member of the Columbus Coalition of Reason (ColumbusCoR.org). Omnipresent Atheists is a member of the Columbus Coalition of Reason ( http://www.ColumbusCoR.org ). Omnipresent Atheists endorses the mission of the Secular Coalition for America ( http://secular.org ). This group has been meeting every Tuesday evening for over a decade. Many attendees do not RSVP on meetup. Please don't let the small number here discourage you. Anyone/everyone is welcome to come. We'd love to have you join us.
