The hike starts in Storkow, where we have short glimpse into its castle and cross a draw bridge over the Storkow canal. Before climbing one of Brandenburg's biggest inland dune, we get a view of Lake Storkow. After crossing forests and the village of Kolipin with its lake, we arrive at Bad Saarow, a spa town renowned for its hot springs and mineral-rich mud. From there, we take two trains back to Berlin in the late afternoon. Meet us in the **first car of the train RE7**, departing from **Ostkreuz station at 11:02** **am on platform 1,** (transfer in Königs Wusterhausen to RB36) **arriving at Storkow (Mark) at 11:57 am** Unless you subscribed to the Deutschlandticket, you'll need to buy a ticket to Storkow (Mark) and from Bad Saarow back to Berlin. We will walk alongside the small river Wuhle starting at the station Wuhletal and taking the south part of the Wuhletal-hiking trail. This walk has 10 km and takes around 2/2,5 hours and ends at the station Köpenick (all AB-area). There is no possibility for purchasing food or drinks on the way. Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly.
