Join us for some fun, competitive, but friendly games at our 4-court sports hall. Discover your ability to unicycle in a no-pressure friendly environment where you will (literally) have someone to lean on. Learn all the secret tips and hints and get up and rolling in no time! Anyone can learn to ride the unicycle and to play unicycle hockey. We have unicycles for you to use and play with, but please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have these available. Just be willing to have a go with a friendly bunch of varying abilities. Costs: £0 until you can unicycle a length of the hall, unassisted £15 for adults £5 for concessions (students, retired, between jobs etc)

Then join our Badminton Coaching session, improve your games and have more fun playing! **When** Thursdays, 7- 9 pm 14 Aug. – 18 Sept., weekly for 6 weeks **What you will learn** This course is designed to provide a good understanding of the basics of the game, to provide a solid foundation on which to build and improve skills and techniques. The course will cover: * Basics: Equipment, shoes, court layout, scoring * Grips, Opening Positions * Movement at net * Backhand low serve * Return of serve: net & clearance * Backhand flick/high serve * Overhead clearance shot * Forehand low serve * Forehand flick serve * Doubles movement & positioning **Details** * Each session will entail 0 mins of coaching and 30 mins of practice/play time. * The 1st 90 minutes will be coaching in a dedicated court. * The remaining 30 minutes will be play time so you can practice what you’ve learnt. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
