Du bist Wertvoll, werde innerlich frei um deinen wertvollen Beitrag zu zeigen und zu geben. Über das Thema Innere Freiheit zu sprechen und sich auszutauschen ist ein wichtiger erster Schritt, es reicht aber noch nicht, es wird die Innere Freiheit noch nicht merklich vergrößern. Erst Übungen, loslassen von ungünstigen alten Fähigkeiten und ein Erlernen von günstigen neuen Fähigkeiten zeigt Veränderung, wenn es über einen Zeitraum von mehreren Wochen getan wird.
