La séance débute par un temps d’ancrage et de connexion à la respiration, permettant de se recentrer et d’arriver pleinement dans le corps. Des mouvements doux et progressifs viennent ensuite mobiliser les articulations et réveiller le corps en conscience.
Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit.
On apprend à s’écouter, à respecter ses limites et à être attentif aux messages du corps. L’accent est mis sur la connexion entre le mouvement et les ressentis, plutôt que sur la performance.
Des exercices ciblés permettent de fluidifier l’énergie dans le corps, de le rééquilibrer et de développer force, équilibre et mobilité, tout en conservant une approche douce et respectueuse.
La séance se termine par un retour au calme et un moment de relaxation, afin d’intégrer pleinement les bienfaits de la pratique.
Un cours idéal pour renforcer le corps en douceur, améliorer la conscience corporelle et cultiver une présence attentive dans le mouvement.

We’ll begin with a gentle **Yin Yoga practice**, featuring long-held, calming postures that release tension and soothe the nervous system. No rush, no pressure — just space to arrive and soften. 🧘♀️
As you rest into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of a **soundbath** with crystal and Tibetan bowls. The sounds will guide you into a meditative state, helping you drop out of your head and into your body. 🎶
After the workshop we will go in a cafe for a drink to relax and socialize.
This combination of Yin Yoga and sound healing is perfect if you’re looking to:

Yoga Foundations Workshop: Start Where You Are
This workshop is designed for people who are new to yoga, curious about starting, or looking to build a solid and confident base and deepen their understanding of yoga.
Together, we will be learning and practicing yoga in a way that feels supportive and accessible. During our time together, we’ll introduce key concepts from yoga philosophy, including what yoga actually is, the difference between Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and how the principles of *Yama* and *Niyama* can guide us both on and off the mat.
We will then move into an interactive, on-the-mat exploration, breaking down foundational postures such as Mountain Pose (*Tadasana*), Child’s Pose (*Bālāsana*), Downward-Facing Dog (*Adho Mukha Svanasana*), and Corpse Pose (*Savasana*). You’ll learn basic alignment cues and explore ways to adapt each posture to your own body.
The workshop continues with a gentle yoga practice focused on alignment, introducing blocks to support your movements and practice safely and confidently. We’ll close with shared reflections and some journaling prompts to help integrate the experience.
Come as you are. No previous experience in yoga is needed. This is a space to learn, explore, and feel supported at your own pace. We’ll build from there, together.

After the quiet of winter, months apart, and practices mostly online, we are finally coming back together in person.
Join us for our **first gathering after the winter break**: a beautiful opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself as we step into a new season.
During this **90-minute Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath session**, we will slow down, release accumulated tension, and create space for renewal.
Supported by bolsters and blankets, you will gently settle into calming restorative postures while the breath slows and the body unwinds.
We will then move into a **deeply relaxing sound bath**, where the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide you into deep rest.

Zurich Kundalini Yoga/Meditation (Donation Basis)
Dear All,
This session is mainly for the people who want to learn kundalini yoga/meditation in a traditional way. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. The student can start to feel his/her Kundalini Energy is rising from their base of the spine and feeling the energy vibration(Consciousness) in the third eye (the space between the eyebrows) from the Kundalini Activation. This session is helpful for the beginners who want to learn simple yoga-meditation exercises also.
This is a general session to experience your inner kundalini energy. But if you need proper kundalini activation(Shaktipat), then pre-registration is mandatory.

He is teaching kundalini yoga since 2008 as part of a non-profit organization "Maha Shakthi Yogam Switzerland". He teaches Yoga/Meditation/Pranic Healing/Stress Relief courses in various places of Germany and Switzerland. He is the authorized kundalini yoga wisdom teacher from UPF(India) to give kundalini initiations (Shaktipat) with the Grace and Protection of his Master.
All these events are conducted for non-profit purpose. Donations are collected on behalf of Swiss non-profit organization (Verein) "Maha Shakthi Yogam - Switzerland"

Anyone can attend the session even if they don't have previous yoga/Meditation experiences.

**About Kundalini Shaktipat:**
In every human being there is a source of natural energy that the yogis call the kundalini. In order to evolve in the yogic path, no matter what our path, the kundalini must be active.
For most of us, the kundalini lies dormant at the bottom of the spine in the base chakra known as the Muladhar. When it awakens, it ascends through the chakras until it reaches the highest chakra, the Sahasrar. When that occurs, we merge with our True Self and attain SELF realization (our true nature).
Shaktipat is the transfer of spiritual energy from the teacher to the student in order to awaken the kundalini. This process is compared to lighting one candle with another that is already lit and glowing. When the teacher is connected with the fully realized master and the energy is completely within his or her control, shaktipat initiation ensures that the student’s energy will remain active and stable. "Electricity is present everywhere, but there can be light only when the switch is turned on. Similarly the true master manifests the consciousness in the disciple through shaktipat.”
