This is a friendly, low-pressure way to learn the kind of practical tips you normally only pick up through years of making, fixing, and building. Our free-of-charge meet-up upstairs in Ryan's Bar. This is a casual meet up for people who want to play boardgames. Lots of people bring plenty of games and rules will always be explained so don't worry if you're new to the hobby and you don't have anything to bring along or think you won't know how to play. Late comers always welcome, you just might have to wait a little for a game to open up. **The meet ups are free of charge but we do ask that people support the bar by buying food and/or drink. The bar is very accommodating to us and it's important that we support them in return. Let's get together for a cooling swim on Bank holiday Monday. We'll meet at the low stone wall near the lifeguards shed/hut. None of us is a lifeguard so everyone is responsible for their own safety. Some of us will go to a local cafe afterwards for coffee/lunch/chats. Looking forward to seeing some of you there.

Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.

Hi everyone, Our second Meetup will be a casual gathering for anyone interested in Time Series, Forecasting, and Data Analytics. I will give an introduction to the fundamental concepts of time series modelling, with a particular focus on ARIMA models. The presentation will be delivered in a relaxed and interactive format using my laptop. CLASS CONTENT: Learn to use a sewing machine (maybe bring your own along if you wish to gain confidence in using it) Make a cute cotton tote bag (or your own project) / have some fun / meet like minded new friends and learn a new skill / craft. Progress to make a simple piece of clothing! Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
