Innere Freiheit - Wie kann ich sie vergrößern?
Beginne dich selber wie "von aussen" wahrzunehmen, beginne dir selber zuzuschauen. Erwerbe dir ein Bewusstsein deiner Aufmerksamkeit, deines eigenen Fokus. Richte diesen Fokus auf dein Inneres, auf Innere Freiheiten und Unfreiheiten und verwandle die Unfreiheiten in Innere Freiheiten.
In diesem Meetup wollen wir uns gegenseitig anregen, motivieren und begeistern, so dass jeder es selber schafft die für ihn nötigen Aktionen zu tun. Wir stellen uns der Frage: Was hat innere Freiheit mit mir zu tun? Wer bin ich? Bin ich eine/einer? Bin ich viele? Wenn Ja, wie viele und wie wirken die zusammen?
Themen wie: Eigenverantwortung, Verbundenheit und Trennung, eigener Energiezustand, Routine und Gewohnheit verlassen um "Neuland" zu betreten, und anderes können im Gespräch berührt oder besprochen werden.
Komm und bring deine Geschichten und Fragen mit ein, teile sie mit anderen Menschen, erhalte Feedback, entwickle sie weiter. Du bist Wertvoll, werde innerlich frei um deinen wertvollen Beitrag zu zeigen und zu geben.
Über das Thema Innere Freiheit zu sprechen und sich auszutauschen ist ein wichtiger erster Schritt, es reicht aber noch nicht, es wird die Innere Freiheit noch nicht merklich vergrößern. Erst Übungen, loslassen von ungünstigen alten Fähigkeiten und ein Erlernen von günstigen neuen Fähigkeiten zeigt Veränderung, wenn es über einen Zeitraum von mehreren Wochen getan wird. Hi ladies. Let's hike the Edward Thomas, Spring Creek, and a little multi-purpose trail - approximately 4 miles so please wear your shoe of choice.
Please bring a water bottle as needed and appropriate shoes. Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area.
