A les vigílies de Sant Jordi, **aquest taller proposa un viatge fascinant per la història d’una de les criatures més universals de la imaginació humana: el drac.** Des de les civilitzacions antigues fins a la iconografia medieval, el drac **ha estat molt més que un monstre**. Ha simbolitzat el caos, el poder de la natura, la saviesa, la protecció o el mal a combatre. A partir d’idees del llibre *"El secret dels dragons" de Joel Levy*, explorarem els seus **significats simbòlics** i veurem com **artistes de diferents èpoques han representat aquestes criatures.** També ens aproparem a la llegenda de **Sant Jordi** i al seu drac, per entendre com aquest relat s’ha convertit en **un símbol cultural profundament arrelat a Catalunya**. Un recorregut breu però ric en *imatges, mites i significats* per descobrir per què els dracs continuen fascinant-nos avui. Aquest taller consta d'**una sessió única de dues hores**. También personas que han ocupado altos cargos en el ámbito militar o de la ciencia se han pronunciado en este sentido . El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. En esta charla se jugará con estas ideas para perder la cabeza, repasando el papel de figuras históricas clave, como Georg Cantor o David Hilbert y viendo como hay objetos que pueden imitar al infinito. Romperemos intuiciones habituales sobre los grandes números y veremos que solo volviendo a las bases de lo que significa “contar” podremos llegar al infinito y superarlo. Tras esta introducción un poco formal prepararemos el terreno para explorar las paradojas del infinito, bombas mentales que nos harán estallar la cabeza, paradojas dinámicas, el infinito geométrico y los fractales o los límites físicos y perceptivos del infinito. Acabaremos con una pregunta de difícil respuesta, ¿hay algo realmente infinito en el Universo? **Ferran Tarrasa Blanes** es Ingeniero Industrial en Técnicas Energéticas y Doctor Ingeniero Industrial por la Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC), realizando su tesis doctoral sobre los materiales de las barreras de ingeniería de los futuros almacenes geológicos profundos para albergar residuos radiactivos de alta actividad. Tras finalizar su tesis doctoral, en el año 2000 se unió a la Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellòs II, A. I. E. (ANAV), como ingeniero de sistemas en el área de sistemas nucleares. Entre 2008 y 2020, ejerció como jefe de la Ingeniería en Planta de la central nuclear de Ascó. Desde finales de 2020 es el actual director de Servicios Técnicos de las centrales nucleares de Ascó y Vandellòs II.
