Para quem quer tirar um tempinho e se exercitar para começar o feriado bem! Vamos juntos. \*Ponto de encontro: Portão Principal do Parque a partir das 7h30 da manhã até as 8h.\* \*Estação mais próxima: Villa-Lobos/Jaguaré\* A ideia é iniciar as 8h da manhã - ou seja 30 minutos aguardando para o início do trajeto - e termos um tempo até pelo menos as 9h30 para terminá-lo - a partir desse horário, fica livre aos participantes irem embora ou continuarem comigo e os demais que quiserem, para parar em algum quiosque para bater papo/relaxar e comer ( eu host já estarei com o meu pré treino tomado ) antes de pegar o rumo pra casa até o final ou antes do horário estabelecido. • O Trajeto é do P3 ( portão principal ) até dar a volta e chegar nele novamente. La onde ficam a maior parte dos quiosques e pontos para comer mas durante o trajeto terão alguns assim como os banheiros. • Aqueles que só querem caminhar, correr juntos ou fazer até um HIT. Meeting tradicional do English Brazil para a prática do inglês em encontros presenciais. Esse é um meeting que já é tradicional. Nos reunimos sempre em um local público para praticar conversação em inglês, e ficamos do lado de uma cafeteria para que você possa comprar o seu café enquanto conversa com a gente. O objetivo é criar um ambiente descontraído e amigável para que todos possam praticar o inglês sem pressão. Não importa se você é iniciante ou avançado, todos são bem-vindos! Não é necessário confirmar presença, e o valor é de graça, também não cobramos nada para participar. Apenas apareça, mostre interesse, e alguém irá te convidar para puxar uma cadeira para perto da mesa para praticarmos. Tradicionalmente nos reunimos sempre às sextas-feiras, dentro do Shopping Center 3 (ao lado da estação Consolação do metrô), no térreo, em frente à cafeteria Havanna Café. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
