Hello dear tennis enthusiast. Every Friday morning we meet up for our “Adult tennis group sessions” in Zurich. It is open for both women and men. You will train in groups of max 4 players per 1 court Level: 11am - Medium Level Group Fee : 70 CHF per person (all included) Monthly payments are preffered, this way you have guaranteed booked slot for the whole month. We train on nice clay courts at TA Frauental during the summer and winter season. Please contact me if you want to join the class. Добрый день! This class is for learners with a level B1 or higher. We will learn Russian rock songs and do exercises and discussions based on them. We will use the book Russian rock and Russian Grammar. We will meet one time per week. Below is an information about the class. Cost: 2 students 35 chf per hour, 3 or more student 25 chf per hour per person. Class Length: 1 hour Class structure: • We read a text or a chapter from a book, discuss new words. We learn part of grammar and practice using it. • After that we discuss the topic and answer the text follow-up questions. • I also give homework tasks to make sentences with new words or do a grammar exercises. • If we finish the exercises earlier, we play word games or have a free chat. I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Bill Darling, Director of Assistive Technology Ohio (AT Ohio), will address the purpose and function of AT Ohio. Of particular interest to our group is likely their Device Lending Library. As taken from their website, AT Ohio's mission is to help Ohioans with disabilities learn about or acquire assistive technology. Assistive Technology refers to devices, equipment or services that assist individuals with disabilities to function independently in the areas of work, home or school. AT Ohio is NOT a grants-giving or funding organization. They do not assist in financing the purchase of any assistive technology. If you need funding for a device, they might be able to direct you to resources that may provide funding, but they do not fund devices. Target audience for this group is persons who are visually impaired, especially those who have experienced recent loss, however, all are welcome, including family members and supports.
