This event is for anyone seeking a social run with like minded people. It will consist of 2 loops. the first loop will be run at 6 20 - 6 30 per km pace and will be about 7 km in length. We will then join with the main Dublin Runners group at 9:00 am back at the Visitors Centre (VC), where a variety of pace options will be available. This second loop will be approximately 10 km to 12 km. So you can choose to join at 8 15 am or 9 00 am. Please arrive 5 mins early as we are firm about start times. We usually finish with tea and cake in the cafe in the VC. If your pace is lower than 6 30 per km for about 8 km this run may not be for you. Some people are using this to prepare for summer 10 mile or half marathon races or to build a base to prepare for the Dublin City marathon in October. This year's Eurovision Song Contest is being held in Vienna, Austria, and the finals are scheduled for 16 May 2026. The [Scandinavian Club of Columbus](https://www.scandiclub.com/) will be co-hosting a viewing party for the final event in conjunction with Germania and the [Columbus Maennerchor](https://www.maennerchor.com/). The delayed televised viewing will take place at the Germania. The program will start around 2:00 p.m. and the singing will **start around 3:00 p.m**. There will be a **cash bar**, and those in attendance can **bring food or snacks** for themselves and or to share with the groups. **Suggested donation: $10/person** to help cover the cost of the venue.
