There is also an open session at 11 am for players of all abilities. Once full, RSVPs will be closed. Sign up as early as possible because the events fill up very quickly. 3. I signed up, but I can’t make it! Can I get a refund? * No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you inform us early enough, we can try to find a substitute and issue a refund, but no guarantees. 4. Why can’t I get a refund? * We need a fixed number of participants to maximize court usage, court fees, team arrangements, and team rotations. Cancellations throw all of this off. 5. Do I need to bring anything? Water? Racquets? Birdies? * If you have your own racquet, that will be best! Otherwise, we have spare ones, and we provide the shuttlecocks.
